Web
Hangar is a site I use for development work, and to put things on that
family and friends can look at.
Two Column
Layout
This page shows off a two column layout. Learn how to create
this web site template on my website
www.building-a-web-site.com.
It
uses virtual includes
for the header, navbar, footer and an extra one at the top of the page
advertisements, notices etc. The virtual includes allows site
wide
changes, just by changing one file.
This page also
uses CSS
so that the text styles, background colors, table background color, and
other styles can be changed site wide by changes to one file.
Aeroplanes
You
may have guessed by the site name and header graphic that I like
airplanes. I particularly like classic propellor-driven planes.
The
photo below shows a Bristol M1C, a plane that could have
given the allies air supremacy at a critical time in WW1. Unfortunately
it was
virtually neglected because it was a monoplane.
Studebaker
I
own a 1922 Big 6 Studebaker that is patiently waiting for restoration.
I have two chassis for it, both of which need rust repairs. The photos
show the extent of the rust.
Only
a handful of these big cars came to Australia where I live, so chances
are the best chassis will have to be repaired. If you're in
Australia, and you have a suitable chassis you want to sell, (EK
